San Juan Islands only sushi and seafood restaurant, we source local seafood and other ingredients to pull together our menu and Chef Kazu creates the finale.

We are lucky enough to be located on an island in Washington State’s northwest corner. We are surrounded by the abundant waters of the Salish Sea. This means that Tops’l is in the unique position to offer the freshest seafood possible. The uni, salmon, crab, cucumbers, prawns, cod and shellfish are sourced from local fishermen at the dock steps away from the Tops’l kitchens.

The bounty that comes to us from the Salish Sea is never taken for granted. We are always aware of how vital the health of the surrounding marine life is to our habitat and strive to offer only environmentally responsible and sustainably harvested seafood. We want our children, and all children, to live in a world of diversity and plenty.
